Legal Support Administrator\\nSt Albans – Office Based | £25,000 – £30,000\\n \\nAre you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in St Albans who are looking for a Legal Support Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.\\n \\nIn this full-time, office-based role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the Private Client and Residential Property departments. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing compliance checks, and assisting with new business enquiries — all while helping to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.\\n \\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nOpen and close files (electronic and physical) in line with firm policies\\nHandle new client onboarding: verify ID, input data, complete AML and conflict checks\\nPrepare and issue client care documents and terms of service\\nSupport legal teams by flagging any compliance issues during file opening\\nMaintain accurate client and contact databases\\nRespond to internal and external queries in a timely, professional manner\\nTake new enquiries via phone, email, website or in person\\nSupport Private Client team with administrative tasks\\nProvide general assistance to the wider support team where required \\nEssential Skill\\n\\nPrevious legal secretarial, administrative or office-based experience\\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills\\nComfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks\\nFriendly and confident communicator – both written and verbal\\nTech-savvy with experience using case or practice management systems (desirable)\\nKnowledge of legal compliance or AML processes is a plus \\nPackage\\n\\n£25,000 – £30,000\\nMonday – Friday, 9am – 5pm\\nSt Albans – Office Based\\nSupportive culture\\nExcellent benefits and progression opportunities
