M&E Engineering Manager/ Up to 67,000 / London / Permanent
Overview:
A large non for profit organisation are currently seeking a M&E Engineering Manager to join their team and Coordinator to join their team to work closely with suppliers and ensure that plant and policies are constantly updated and reviewed to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to create and update Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Work with service providers to ensure that plant and equipment is to industry standard and the correct paperwork is in place
- Review budgets and make commercially minded decisions on services
- Respond to incidents and ensure the correct paperwork is in place and updated
- Ensure the Asset register is in place and updated
- Ensure the Asset Management Strategy is in place and updated
- Review building reports and ensure advice is taken and put in place
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with all key M&E service providers
- Knowledge of industry standards
- Experience writing technical specifications and standards
- Asset management experience
- Able to analyse technical reports and create strategies
- Contractor management experience
- Incident management experience
- An excellent communicator
