My client, a well-established luxury brand is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Manchester City centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well-presented, safe and running smoothly
  • Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre
  • Conduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectively
  • Support team development through regular coaching and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all operational and health & safety procedures
