Management Consultant – Internal Comms (Tech Operations) | City of London (Hybrid) | £65,000 – £70,000
An exciting opportunity has emerged with a leading global financial services organisation. They are looking for Management Consultant to focus on internal communications within the Technology department.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that aligns with the Technology department\’s objectives and wider organizational goals.
- Act as a key liaison between Technology leadership and the wider business, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed on key initiatives, updates, and changes, particularly around tech-driven projects and innovations.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other business units to align messaging and drive initiatives that support company culture and employee engagement within the Technology department.
- Create compelling internal communications materials (emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet content, etc.) that clearly articulate project progress, technology innovations, and department updates.
- Support Technology leadership in delivering key messages to their teams. Ensure leadership communication is consistent, motivating, and transparent.
- Implement regular feedback channels to gauge employee sentiment and engagement within the department, using insights to improve communication strategies.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal communications or business management within a large-scale technology organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating clear, compelling content for a diverse audience.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and align internal communication strategies with business goals.
- Experience with content management systems, collaboration tools, and communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, digital signage).
Package:
- £65,000 – £70,000 basic + bonus
