A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Administrator to join a well-established organisation within the vehicle manufacturing and technology sector. This role would suit someone with a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in engineering or emerging automotive technologies. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed documentation including component lists, product data and user guides.
- Gathering and organising technical specifications for a wide range of products.
- Creating and updating 2D and 3D drawings in line with internal standards.
- Supporting the engineering change process, including document updates and version control.
- Assisting colleagues with technical queries and documentation requests.
- Maintaining accurate product information within internal databases.
- Liaising with suppliers when technical information or clarification is required.
- Working closely with development teams to produce high-quality support material.
- Participating in project meetings and wider engineering activities where required.
Person Specification
- Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline (electrical/electronic bias desirable).
- Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and standard office software.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
