A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors in the business. This company is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Personal Assistant, who can assist with providing general support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier, allowing them to focus on the business.

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and planning events
  • Organising staff social events
  • General personal support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier
  • Greet and provide hospitality to guests and visitors
  • Coordinating and booking international travel
  • Assist in the creation of presentation decks & regular reports
  • Screening Director’s phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Ordering office equipment

Personal Profile:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an EA/PA role
  • Very organised and comfortable in an extremely fast environment where no two days are the same
  • Strong IT skills – specifically with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Teams)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident and motivated team player
  • The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
