An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a rapidly growing ecommerce business operating from a modern, highly automated warehouse facility in Kent. This role will suit a hands-on operational leader with a strong background in warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment management who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating large fulfilment and dispatch teams
  • Driving productivity, performance, and operational KPIs
  • Ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
  • Leading daily operations across shift patterns and team handovers
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and warehouse compliance
  • Supporting process improvement and warehouse automation initiatives
  • Managing staffing, absences, payroll records, and performance reviews
  • Working closely with warehouse leadership to improve efficiency and service levels

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within warehouse or fulfilment supervision/management
  • Experience working within fast-paced ecommerce or distribution environments
  • Strong people management and leadership skills

  • Experience managing KPIs, productivity, and operational targets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures and best practice
