My client is a leading luxury property developer seeking a Project Sales Manager to join the team working on a prime high development in London selling their luxury apartments. They are seeking a passionate sales professional who has exposure to the construction/property industry and experience with new home/off-plan sales.
- To guide sales consultants on the best way to sell and actively promote collaborative working to achieve best practice engagement across the entire team.
- Generate potential sales leads by liaising with agents and following up with potential customers.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and action new marketing ideas.
- Attend networking events.
- Create and present marketing videos on the development to be sent out on all social channels.
- Effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experienced in customer-facing sales roles.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and questioning techniques.
- Working 3 weekends per month but will receive two days back in lieu during the week.
