A leading international organisation is seeking a commercially focused Group FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance function. This is a pivotal role operating at Group level, supporting senior leadership with high-quality financial insight, planning, and decision-making across a complex, multinational environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Group FP&A, you will take ownership of group-level management information, forecasting, and long-range planning. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the financial narrative, driving performance insights, and supporting strategic decisions at executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of group-level reporting including monthly MI, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Provide insightful variance analysis and performance commentary to senior leadership
- Support strategic planning and scenario modelling across multiple business units and regions
- Partner with global stakeholders to drive consistency and alignment in financial reporting
- Oversee and improve planning processes, driving automation and standardisation (e.g. Anaplan)
- Deliver clear, concise financial packs for senior leadership and board-level audiences
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA – essential)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience (PQE)
- Proven commercial finance / FP&A experience at a group or regional level
- Strong multinational / multi-entity experience (essential)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. Anaplan, SAP, Power BI desirable)
