My client, a globally recognised organisation, is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. The role will require an organised, personable and detail-oriented individual who is looking to expand on their personal assistant experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support and technical expertise to senior leaders
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable putting presentations together
- Minute taking, diary management and travel arrangements
- Formatting documents and templates
- Dealing with invoices and expenses
- Booking meeting rooms
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience working within a similar EA role
- Happy working at pace in a busy environment
- Experience supporting C-Suite level stakeholders
- Confident in making decisions
- Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom and accounting software
