A large organisation are currently seeking a Procurement Category Manager to join their team to manage the procurement of indirect goods. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your procurement experience further.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic category management for indirect goods and services, aligning category plans to organisational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive value for money and commercial best practice.
- Deliver spend optimisation initiatives, savings targets, and continuous improvement across assigned categories.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and risk mitigation to ensure effective contract delivery.
