We are seeking a Confidential Case Handler to join a critical safety and reporting team in the transport sector. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering 2 days per week in the office and the remainder remotely.
Key Responsibilities:- Process confidential reports following defined procedures, recording information accurately, and producing high-quality reports
- Peer review case reports produced by colleagues
- Conduct empathetic and neutral phone interviews with reporters, ensuring open dialogue and complete information
- Liaise with member organisations, often Health & Safety Managers or senior Directors, to ensure timely, high-quality responses
- Investigate technical and operational issues raised to support accurate report processing
- Participate in industry briefings, stakeholder meetings, and continuous improvement projects within the team
- Graduate-level qualification in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience handling phone calls and performing office-based administrative tasks
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to remain neutral and professional
- Commitment to confidentiality, high-quality service, and accountability
- Ability to adapt to change, work collaboratively, and contribute proactively to team objectives
- Must have a private, confidential workspace for calls
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Rate: £140/day (umbrella)
- Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
- Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to cover 08:30–17:30 reporting line
