Central London | Up to £45,000 | Hybrid Working – 3 days in Office, 2 days from home
Are you an experienced Legal PA with a background in Real Estate law? We’re working with a highly regarded law firm in the heart of London, who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PA to support their Real Estate & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment, offering hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a competitive salary of up to £45,000.
The Role:
- Supporting property transactions from file opening through to completion and post-completion
- Preparing SDLT returns, Land Registry applications, and Companies House filings
- Diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and managing DocuSign processes
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and agencies on behalf of the legal team
- Assisting with billing, document preparation, and maintaining compliance protocols
Essential Skillset:
- Previous PA or Paralegal experience in a Real Estate legal team is essential
- Solid understanding of residential and/or commercial property transactions
- Strong IT skills – MS Office, Adobe, DocuSign and legal systems like iManage or similar
- Highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills
- Calm under pressure, flexible and proactive with a team-oriented attitude
