An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a growing and successful business based in West Malling. This hybrid role offers the chance to develop a career in B2B sales, working within a supportive team environment with excellent earning potential and progression opportunities.
You will work 2 days per week in the office and the remainder from home.
The Role
- Researching and identifying prospective business customers.
- Generating new opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn activity.
- Qualifying leads and assessing customer requirements.
- Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing activity through CRM systems.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales or business development.
