A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors in the business. This company is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Personal Assistant, who can assist with providing general support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier, allowing them to focus on the business.
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and planning events
- Organising staff social events
- Coordinating and booking international travel
- Screening Director’s phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Ordering office equipment
At least 2 years’ experience in an EA/PA role
Strong IT skills - specifically with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Teams)
