Overview: One of the leaders in the safety industry, are currently seeking a Junior Quality and Applications Support Technician to join their team and work closely with customers and internal teams to be the 1st line support on products and quality. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your engineering career with future progression available.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be the 1st point of contact for internal teams
  • Maintenance of CAD drawings
  • Quality assurance and reviewing products
  • Providing design support to internal and external stakeholders on products and designs
  • Liaise with clients regarding specific requirements
  • Creating installation manuals
  • Update planning schedules

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Higher education in engineering field or similar
  • Experience on designing or modifying products
  • Experience using Solidworks or CAD
  • Confidence to speak to clients
  • Team player
