A globally recognised non-profit organisation is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team to assist with the accounts payable team in the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career in Accounts Payable with a globally recognised organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable inbox and responding to suppliers and staff
  • Liaising with staff and suppliers on payment queries
  • Making payments to suppliers
  • Exercise cost control and confirm expenditure with senior leaders
  • Preparing account reconciliations

  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable position
