Internal Communications Lead / London / Hybrid An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for an internal communications and engagement manager. As Internal Communications Lead, you’ll foster effective communication and engagement across the organisation. Partnering with the CEO, HR, directors, and managers, you will drive culture change rooted within a new performance framework. You’ll implement and evolve creative communication strategies to keep colleagues informed, inspired, and aligned with their core values. Role and Responsibilities: Communications planning development: implement an internal communications plan and framework CEO business partnering: act as the CEO’s internal communications business partner, supporting with leadership visibility, key messaging, stakeholder events and presentations Directorate business partnering: partner with the executive leadership team to develop internal communications that support strategy, enhance employee engagement, and reflect our values HR engagement lead: Work with our HR team to develop and deliver the employee engagement strategy and support the organisation with engagement initiatives. Channel management: manage current internal communications channels and ensure they are fit for purpose and evolve in line with metrics and feedback Event management: lead on organisational away-days, social events, and town halls. Including event development, facilitation, management, and communications Content creation: a natural storyteller able to manage, edit and create engaging and compelling content for internal communications channels, including intranet articles, email announcements, organisational events, and presentations. Message development: develop key messages and talking points to ensure consistency across directorates, teams and levels of the organisation Metrics and analytics: monitor and analyse the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, using metrics and feedback to inform and drive decision making, and continually improve strategies and tactics.
