12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Up to £40,000 | London, Hybrid

We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation that’s seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative and fast-paced HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a hybrid role, ideally suited to someone based in or near London, with occasional travel to other UK offices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations cases from end-to-end, prioritising effectively
  • Supporting the integration of new acquisitions and onboarding processes
  • Contributing to HR projects and the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and policies
  • Assisting with aspects of change management and business transformation
  • Analysing people data and identifying trends and solutions in collaboration with the wider HR team

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Experience with Workday HRIS is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in professional services or a regulated environment
