Please note: This is an office-based role in Euston with the following shift patterns:
- 3 days per week – 11:00am – 7:00pm
- 2 days per week – 10:00am – 6:00pm
The Role: You will provide day-to-day administrative support for the Euston Community Hub, ensuring smooth coordination of events, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities. You’ll assist in managing the hub schedule, preparing meeting materials, maintaining accurate records, supporting budget tracking, and handling key community data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily operations within the Euston Community Hub
- Provide administrative support including preparation of briefing packs, meeting minutes, and documentation
- Monitor and record data on community engagement and social value activity
- Support the Hub Manager in managing the hub’s budget
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external visitors
- Manage projects and ensure successful delivery from initiation through to completion
- Organise and prioritise appointments and meetings effectively
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing sensitive information
