We are recruiting for a SHEQ Advisor to join a well-established business operating within a highly regulated environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting all Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Compliance activities across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, driving continuous improvement, maintaining compliance standards, and promoting a positive safety culture.

The Role:

  • Coordinating SHEQ processes, procedures and activities across the business
  • Supporting and maintaining ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Managing document control for policies, procedures, risk assessments, method statements and COSHH documentation
  • Coordinating internal audits and supporting external certification audits
  • Monitoring compliance performance and producing regular reports
  • Supporting ESG initiatives, environmental compliance and continuous improvement projects
  • Coordinating SHEQ meetings and management reporting
  • Acting as a key liaison with regulatory bodies, auditors and external stakeholders
  • Promoting a positive safety culture across office and operational environments

About You:

  • At least 1 years’ experience within a SHEQ, HSE, Quality or Compliance role
  • Experience working with ISO management systems and compliance processes
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice
  • Strong administration, reporting and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
