Overview:
My client, a leading financial services organisation based within the city, are currently looking for a Part-time Events Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to assist with the smooth running of events within their offices. The role will suit someone with an organised and proactive nature.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all events within the business
- Plan all internal events, running a busy community calendar
- Manage large scale networking events, supervise the invites, RSVP’s, catering, décor, budgets and speakers
- Issue security and visitor passes to individuals who attend the offices
- Responsible for arranging the internal Christmas party
- Assist with booking meeting rooms for small-scale events
- Manage of all events logistics
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in an events-based role
- Confident organising and hosting large-scale networking events
