A fast-growing B2B events and marketing services business is looking to hire an experienced Event Marketing Manager to support the delivery of highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns across a growing portfolio of fintech and financial services events. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel event and demand generation campaigns, including email, digital, social, and paid media.
- Develop compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and event websites in collaboration with content teams.
- Define target personas and audience segments to support attendee acquisition and lead generation.
- Own campaign reporting, tracking KPIs and performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions.
- Manage and optimise event and portfolio websites, including content updates and SEO performance.
- Oversee social media and digital platforms to support audience growth and brand visibility.
- Work closely with in-house designers and videographers to produce consistent, high-quality marketing assets.
- Manage and continually refresh marketing databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and data quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party media partners, PR contacts, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure campaigns align with commercial and content objectives.
About You
- Proven experience in event marketing, campaign management, or B2B marketing (events experience preferred).
- Background as a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social, SEO, and paid media.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise campaign performance.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with wider teams.
