Weβre working with a local authority in South West London seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to support their property and asset management team on a 6-month contract. This role plays a key part in managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring value is maximised through effective lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, and disposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on rent reviews and lease renewals for commercial properties.
- Manage acquisitions, disposals, and valuations across a mixed-use estate.
- Provide strategic property advice to internal departments and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee lease negotiations, licences, easements, and wayleaves.
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and local government procedures.
Essential Criteria:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified.
- Proven experience with commercial lease renewals and rent reviews.
