My client, a global fintech leader, is currently seeking a Head of Accounts Receivable to join their busy finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on streamlining and automating AR processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee AR operations including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting
- Identify opportunities for automation using RPA, AI, and ERP tools to optimize workflows
- Provide insights on cash flow, aging reports, and collections performance to senior management
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with financial policies
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AR, finance operations, or similar roles
- Proven experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
