A leading organisation is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage multiple ER cases simultaneously and support the organisation with structural changes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report progress on ER cases
- Work closely with internal and external legal teams to discuss ER cases
- Oversee the company structural change including redundancy processes
- Manage complex ER cases to resolution
- Work with managers on ER queries and provide guidance
- Prior experience working in ER positions
- Experience overseeing organisational structural changes
- Great attention to detail
- Hard‑working and ambitious
