A leading organisation is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage multiple ER cases simultaneously and support the organisation with structural changes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report progress on ER cases
  • Work closely with internal and external legal teams to discuss ER cases
  • Oversee the company structural change including redundancy processes
  • Manage complex ER cases to resolution
  • Work with managers on ER queries and provide guidance
  • Prior experience working in ER positions
  • Experience overseeing organisational structural changes
  • Great attention to detail
  • Hard‑working and ambitious
