In this fast-paced role, you’ll take ownership of the Buyer Intelligence and Hosted Meetings Programme, ensuring the right buyers are identified, qualified, onboarded, and matched with event partners to deliver measurable value. This opportunity is ideal for a confident relationship-builder with strong analytical skills who enjoys combining data, communication, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Buyer Intelligence function, overseeing the delivery of hosted buyer and meetings programmes across multiple events.
- Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas, event partners, and client objectives to ensure accurate and high-quality matchmaking.
- Lead the onboarding and management of VIP buyers, overseeing registration, qualification, communication, and event readiness.
- Conduct and oversee targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to recruit and engage senior-level buyers.
- Ensure all buyers meet eligibility and qualification criteria, maintaining programme integrity and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, acting as a key point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to align buyer intelligence with commercial deliverables.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and documentation to support campaign delivery and internal visibility.
- Monitor hosted meetings performance, manage budgets and expenses, and report on programme outcomes.
- Lead pre-event coordination and play a hands-on role during live events to ensure seamless execution.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in delegate sales, audience development, account management, or customer-facing roles within events, media, or B2B marketing.
- Proven experience managing hosted buyer programmes, VIP audiences, or complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify, qualify, and align buyer personas to commercial objectives.
- Confident communicator with a professional and personable phone manner, comfortable engaging senior executives.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow with a scaling organisation.
