An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a rapidly growing ecommerce business operating from a modern, highly automated warehouse facility in Kent. This role will suit a hands-on operational leader with a strong background in warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment management who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating large fulfilment and dispatch teams
- Driving productivity, performance, and operational KPIs
- Ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Leading daily operations across shift patterns and team handovers
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and warehouse compliance
- Supporting process improvement and warehouse automation initiatives
