My client, a well‑established luxury brand is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Manchester City centre. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
- Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well‑presented, safe and running smoothly
- Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre
- Conduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectively
- Support team development through regular coaching and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all operational and health & safety procedures
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a customer‑facing, commercial environment
- Previous team leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
