An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading, award‑winning organisation within the property and technology sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line customer support and advice via phone and ticketing system
  • Log and manage all relevant details to ensure smooth and effective resolution
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction levels above 98%
  • Build product knowledge through comprehensive training and ongoing coaching
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and resolve complex queries

Requirements

  • A good standard of education (A-Level or equivalent preferred)
  • Previous frontline customer service experience
  • Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and web-based systems
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
