My client, a well-established organisation within the commercial sector, is seeking a Customer/Account Manager to support and grow a varied portfolio of existing accounts. This role focuses on relationship management, commercial delivery, and providing high-quality support to a diverse group of clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring strong engagement, service quality, and retention
- Drive commercial performance by meeting agreed revenue goals and identifying opportunities to expand current contracts
- Promote the organisation’s full range of insight-based and consultancy solutions to maximise client value
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales pipeline tracking to support wider business planning
- Deliver online and face-to-face presentations to showcase products, insights, and new service offerings
- Provide meaningful customer feedback to assist product development teams
- Champion CRM usage across the team, ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams — including Insight, Marketing, Finance and other business units — to deliver a cohesive customer experience
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector and within a B2B sales or account management environment
- Strong track record of achieving commercial targets and managing subscription-based services
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer challenges
Package
- £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
