My client, a leader within their industry, are currently looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join them for a 6-month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with some credit control experience, or excellent data entry skills to join a fast-paced and well supported environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain customer accounts, invoices, and payment data in Excel and internal systems
- Reconcile spreadsheets and ensure financial records are up to date and error-free
- Monitor outstanding balances and update aged debtor reports
- Allocate payments and investigate discrepancies in account records
- Generate regular reports using Excel (e.g., formulas like VLOOKUP, SUM, IF)
- Provide administrative support to the credit control team, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
