Conveyancer   Kent – Must be based in either Gillingham, Longfield, or Ashford £30,000 – £40,000 per annum   Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a successful and award-winning law firm in Kent? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at one of our offices in Gillingham, Longfield, or Ashford.   The Role: Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters with a high degree of competence Provide high-quality legal advice and service to clients Supervise and manage your own support staff Take an active role in marketing, networking, and business development Ensure effective financial control, including billing and cash flow management Support colleagues during periods of absence Maintain compliance with risk and file management procedures Participate in ongoing training and development in line with SRA requirements  About You: Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience Completion of a Law degree, LPC, or relevant technical qualification Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive and driven approach to learning and career development  What’s on Offer?
