Compliance Officer £60,000 – £65,000 Bonus | Longfield, Kent | Hybrid Working Available We’re working with a global distributor of award-winning safety technology, known for innovation and commitment to saving lives. As their operations grow, they’re now looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team in Longfield. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements across key areas such as anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG, sanctions, and cybersecurity. You’ll support supply chain compliance, manage customer compliance queries, and work closely with internal teams on audits, training, policy development, and risk assessments. The Role: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant international regulations Managing customer compliance questionnaires and inquiries Driving supply chain compliance across legal, ethical, and operational standards Supporting the Quality Team with product compliance Delivering risk assessments and internal audits Creating and updating internal policies and compliance training programs Acting as a key liaison for regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders Essential Skillset: Strong experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar field Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, particularly in manufacturing or automotive environments Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities Relevant qualifications such as CCEP are advantageous Package: £60,000 – £65,000 Longfield, Kent Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days from home Discretionary bonus up to 10% 25 days holiday bank holidays41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
