My client, a well-established and growing supplier within the construction sector, is currently seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to join their busy sales office on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role, supporting the Internal Sales Manager in driving performance, developing the team, and creating a proactive, sales focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Internal Sales Manager in motivating, coaching, and developing the sales team
  • Drive a sales first mindset, encouraging increased customer engagement and commercial growth
  • Plan and allocate daily workloads, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively across the team
  • Monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any operational challenges
