My client, a respected supplier within the construction sector, is currently seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join their busy, customer-focused team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a proactive approach to driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer care
- Develop and nurture effective working relationships with trade clients and business partners
- Advise customers on products, pricing and availability, preparing quotes where required
- Accurately manage orders and maintain customer account information
- Assist field sales colleagues by identifying opportunities and carrying out follow-up activity
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system
Skills
- Background in sales or customer support, ideally within a B2B environment
