Claims Executive £40,000 – £45,000 | Milton Keynes, Hybrid | Permanent Are you an experienced Claims Handler looking for a step up, or a seasoned Executive ready for a new challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading commercial insurance broker as a Claims Executive within their high-performing Corporate Liability team. This role will see you manage a diverse portfolio of claims — including EL, PL, motor, and property — with a focus on delivering expert advice, technical claims handling, and exceptional client service. Whether you’re handling large, complex losses or mentoring junior team members, your input will directly shape outcomes for a varied and loyal client base. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the end-to-end claims process — including investigation, negotiation, and settlement Advising clients across a range of corporate liability claims (EL, PL, motor, property) Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, adjusters, and legal representatives Acting as a key point of contact on large or contentious cases Supporting and mentoring junior handlers, driving team excellence Analysing claims trends and helping reduce future risk exposure Occasionally visiting clients to assess claims or support in times of loss Presenting performance updates and contributing to strategy discussions What You’ll Bring: Solid experience within commercial insurance claims, ideally with liability exposure (EL/PL, motor, or property) Previous experience within a brokerage environment (essential) Strong client communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage complex or sensitive cases with confidence A proactive, organised and supportive approach to teamwork CII qualifications (or working towards) are desirable but not essential Why Apply? £40,000 – £45,000 salary, depending on experience Hybrid working – 2 days in the Milton Keynes office, 3 from home Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to step into a senior claim’s role with real client impact Progression pathways and further professional development encouraged
