A large non-for-profit organisation are currently seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join their team to promote best practice and excellent health and safety standards across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience for a globally recognised organisation and grow your Health and Safety experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work with managers across the organisation to ensure that great health and safety standards are being followed.
  • Investigating incidents and reporting.
  • Implement H&S strategies across the organisation and policies.
  • Complete audits across the organisation and present findings.
  • Ensure the business is following regulations and complying.
  • Reporting on performance to senior level stakeholders.
  • Managing cost control.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Health and Safety Specialist position.
  • Experience managing Health and Safety within public spaces.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Hard-working and ambitious.

Package:

  • Up to £300 per day (Umbrella rate).
