A global brand is seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and run the early careers side of the company talent acquisition team. This role requires someone who can manage early careers talent acquisition from the initial campaign to offer stage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end early careers recruitment, from campaign launch to offer stage.
- Provide a consistent and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Uphold Diversity & Inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify trends to improve performance and enhance processes.
- Handle a large amount of vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
- Advertise roles, manage applications, conduct screening, and deliver shortlists to managers.
- Drive efficient interview processes and ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience running graduate schemes from start to finish.
- Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise.
- Experience using ATS.
- Proven success delivering high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance across systems and processes.
