  • We're recruiting for an experienced

People Business Partner to support a high-profile, large-scale workforce mobilisation programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and lead the delivery of strategic people initiatives during a period of significant organisational growth and transformation.

You'll play a key role in embedding a workforce of over 150 employees, working closely with leadership teams and specialist HR functions to deliver a people plan that supports operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce and people strategies aligned to programme objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of people initiatives across talent, organisational design, employee relations and change management.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders on complex people matters.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning & Development, to ensure successful workforce mobilisation.
  • Use people data and insights to identify risks, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skillset

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior People Business Partner or Head of HR within a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrable success delivering large-scale organisational change, transformation or workforce mobilisation programmes (100+ FTE).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Experience designing and implementing strategic workforce and people plans.
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations, organisational development and change management.
  • Confident using people data and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
