Part time Insurance Doctor (French Speaking) – 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) £110 per Hour in Brighton – Rolling contract.
Working for one of the world’s largest insurance companies, my client is seeking a French speaking Private/NHS practicing Doctor on a part time basis to join their first response team, with the opportunity to work on a hybrid working model.
Duties Include:
- Dealing with telephone queries relating to post incident scenarios, treatment and potential fatalities.
- Perform Daily Doctor on Duty responsibilities including approval of medical evacuations, monitoring cases by telephone contact with treating medical providers, recommending and reviewing travel requirements, thorough case documentation, and reviewing claims related cases.
- Participate in Crisis Response.
- Quality Management.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and comply with current KPIs.
- Liaise with the end customers as well as medical professionals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French both written and verbal.
- Must be double vaccinated.
- No outstanding GMC notices or investigations.
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience within emergency medicine, ICU or anaesthesiology.
- Ability to prioritise workload (Projects and Incoming work).
- Ability to comprehend correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly accurate and detail-orientated.
- Ability to document work in progress in accordance with procedures.
