You will play a key part in identifying new product opportunities, coordinating development projects, and ensuring successful product launches. You will work closely with multiple teams and engage directly with customers to help shape products that meet real market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities
- Generate and evaluate new product ideas aligned with business strategy
- Engage with customers to develop insight-led product concepts
- Organise and attend customer research meetings
- Prepare clear and detailed design briefs for Product Design teams
- Project manage product development activities, ensuring deadlines are met
