Associate People Business Partner Contract: 4 Month Contract Location: Fully Remote (UK) Rate: £148 - £162 per day PAYE We're recruiting for an experienced Associate People Business Partner to support the delivery of a high-profile workforce mobilisation programme. Working closely with the People Business Partner and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in implementing strategic people initiatives and embedding a workforce of over 150 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong stakeholder management and programme delivery experience to contribute to a large-scale transformation project in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of workforce and people plans by partnering with senior managers and HR specialists across the programme. Coordinate people initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, reward and organisational change to ensure successful implementation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tracking progress, managing dependencies and escalating risks where required. Monitor delivery against agreed plans, providing updates and ensuring key milestones are achieved. Use people data and insights to identify trends, support decision-making and drive effective people outcomes. Essential Skillset Experience working in an HR Business Partner or Associate HR Business Partner role within a complex organisation. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver HR initiatives to challenging deadlines. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with experience managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities. Experience working collaboratively with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward and Employee Relations. Confident influencing and supporting senior managers on a broad range of people matters. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into practical actions. Package £148 - £162 per day PAYE. Fully remote working.
