A global brand is seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Partner to support fast-paced, high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires someone who can manage a large amount of talent acquisition, work closely with senior stakeholders to identify areas of change in the business and focus on identifying personnel that will enable the business to deliver on their mission.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand needs for the business and what personnel will be required.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of roles.
  • Handle a large amount of vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Advertise roles, manage applications, conduct screening, and deliver shortlists to managers.
  • Drive efficient interview processes and ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Maintain accurate data and candidate records within ATS.
  • Provide a consistent and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
  • Support recruitment reporting, data accuracy, and compliance.
