About the Role
As a Returns Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer returns process efficiently and accurately. Working closely with Customer Services, Warranty, and Warehouse teams, you’ll ensure returned products are processed correctly and in a timely manner. This role also involves investigating discrepancies, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and inspecting returned products
- Ensuring returns meet warranty and company policies
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Managing stock control, scrapping processes, and quarantined items
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve returns handling

- 2+ years’ experience in a customer returns, stock control, or warehouse role
