My client, a leader in their field, are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. My client is known in the market for their positive reputation and are looking to grow their team due to their rapid growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
- General administration duties
- Creating orders on the system and scheduling works
- Creating invoices and setting up part numbers
- Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Skillset:
- Previous experience in the supply chain industry
- Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
- 5+ GCSEs with a minimum of grade C or above
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Experience on ERP systems/databases
