Are you a creative and technically skilled Product Designer looking to bring ideas to life from concept through to production? We are seeking a motivated individual to join a forward-thinking design team focused on developing innovative, high-quality products for global markets.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of product development, transforming ideas into manufacturable solutions. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers to ensure products meet real-world needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product concepts from initial idea through to production
  • Create sketches, 3D CAD models, and detailed engineering drawings
  • Build and test prototypes to refine designs
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights
  • Visit clients to understand user needs and collect feedback
  • Apply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
  • Participate in tooling trials and product evaluations
  • Ensure designs meet quality, durability, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with wider teams to support product launches globally

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field (minimum 2:1)
  • Strong understanding of product design and development
  • Proficiency in CAD software (ideally SolidWorks)
  • Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Practical experience in prototyping and model making
  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable

  • Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of plastics, metals, or other production processes
