Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and develop the marketing team
- Create and monitor KPIs across digital channels
- Lead on the email and CRM strategy
- Review insights on digital performance and adopt AI tools to improve processes and engagement
- Create lifecycle journeys
- Work closely with other senior leaders in the organisation to improve processes

Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in a senior marketing manager/lead position
- Experience managing and developing a marketing team
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Experience building and maintaining websites with digital agencies
- Great communicator
- Strong attention to detail
