HR Administrator | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | £30,000 – £33,000Overview:My client, a leading financial services company with offices in Maidenhead, are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. You will be working within a HR team and have experience in a fast-paced environment, working with recruitment, administration and HR admin. Role & Responsibilities:
- Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS
- Prepare offer letters, rejection letters, and onboarding materials
- Manage recruitment inbox and assist with background checks
- Manage office space, including access cards and occupancy statistics
- Coordinate maintenance services (shredding, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Conduct safety checks, risk assessments, and maintain compliance records
- Address queries through the facilities inbox
- Assist with HR team administrative tasks and event management
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years’ HR and administrative experience
- Proficient in ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential information
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance is a plus
Package:
- Salary of £30,000 – £33,000
