An established and growing insurance business is seeking a New Business Account Handler to join its Corporate & Commercial team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in Colchester with hybrid working, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance and sales experience who enjoys a target-driven environment and building strong client relationships.
You will play an important role in handling and converting new business enquiries, supporting clients through the insurance process while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Converting inbound and generated leads into new business opportunities
- Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
- Building relationships with insurers, introducers, and internal teams
- Working towards individual and team targets for income, conversions, and lead generation
- Managing client communications and following up on documentation and requirements
- Providing a professional and consultative service to clients throughout the process
